The Versailles Palace Tour is available every day of the week except for Monday.  Each tour will be exclusive to members of your own group, and will begin at a time convenient to you.  Admission and transportation are included with the tour.

    Do we need reservations for the tours?

    Yes, reservations are required.

    Are entrance fees included in the price?

    Yes, all entrance fees to the Versailles Palace and Gardens are included.  Additionally, your train tickets TO and FROM Versailles are included in the price.

    Are there any youth discounts available?

    If any member of your group is 18 or under, a discount is available.  We also offer discounts for any member of your group who will have a valid Paris Museum Pass.  Before the final price is confirmed, Paris By Foot will ask if you are eligible for any discounts.

    How can I pay for the tour?

    A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your tour. You must reserve a spot ahead of time online and all purchases must be completed before the tour begins.  All payments are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed on the reservation page.     How long does the tour last?

    The Versailles Palace Tour lasts approximately 4 hours, including the train ride to Versailles.  After the tour is complete, you are free to explore other areas of the palace or gardens at your leisure.

    When are Versailles Palace Tours available?

    Versailles Palace Tours are available every day of the week (except Monday, when the palace is closed).  You must contact tours@parisbyfoot.com to check guide availability.

    Do the tours operate in the rain?

    Yes! The tours will operate in all weather conditions.  We advise all guest to carry a small umbrella or poncho because it can rain at anytime in Paris and Versailles.

    Can I change the date of my tour?

    We will try everything we can to re-book you on another available tour.  All you need to do is email tours@parisbyfoot.com with your confirmation information and our staff will help you reschedule your tour.  Please remember that you are still subject to our cancellation policies.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your tour at anytime up to 72 hours before the start of the tour.  Prior to 72 hours before the start of the tour, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of the tour.  We will make every effort possible to re-book you on a different tour for no extra charge but refunds will not be given at any time.  If for any reason we at Paris By Foot cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund immediately.
