The Louvre Masterpieces Tour is available every day of the week except for Tuesday.  Each tour will be exclusive to members of your own group, and will begin at a time convenient to you.  Admission is included with the tour.

    Do we need reservations for the tours?

    Yes, reservations are required.

    Are entrance fees included in the price?

    Yes, all entrance fees to the Louvre are included.

    Are there any youth discounts available?

    If any member of your group is 18 or under, a discount is available.  We also offer discounts for any member of your group who will have a valid Paris Museum Pass.  Before the final price is confirmed, Paris By Foot will ask if you are eligible for any discounts.

    How can I pay for the tour?

    A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your tour. You must reserve a spot ahead of time online and all purchases must be completed before the tour begins.  All payments are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed on the reservation page.     How long does the tour last?

    The Louvre Masterpieces Tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

    When are Louvre Tours available?

    Louvre Masterpiece Tours are available every day of the week (except Tuesday, when the museum is closed).  You must contact tours@parisbyfoot.com to check guide availability.

    Do the tours operate in the rain?

    Yes! The tours will operate in all weather conditions.  We advise all guest to carry a small umbrella or poncho because it can rain at anytime in Paris! The meeting point for the Louvre Masterpieces Tour is outside and we begin the tour with a history introduction outside of the museum.

    Can I change the date of my tour?

    We will try everything we can to re-book you on another available tour.  All you need to do is email tours@parisbyfoot.com with your confirmation information and our staff will help you reschedule your tour.  Please remember that you are still subject to our cancellation policies.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your tour at anytime up to 72 hours before the start of the tour.  Prior to 72 hours before the start of the tour, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of the tour.  We will make every effort possible to re-book you on a different tour for no extra charge but refunds will not be given at any time.  If for any reason we at Paris By Foot cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund immediately.
